DINNER BY DESIGN | SAKE Magnum Wine & Tastings and Innovative Dining are pleased to announce their fifth Summer Wine Dinner: Sake. This evening promises to be one of the boldest, most interesting to date. The dinner will be extremely unique; illustrating how Sake can be paired perfectly with food outside the Japanese genre. In fact, many ingredients, artichokes for example, pair better with Sake than regular wines. Chefs Jerry Danny and Jeremy have extended the normal six course dinner to eight courses, each limited to a few bites so as to allow diners to taste an increased number of wines. During this process we hope everyone develops an understanding of the broad flavor spectrum profiles covered by sake. Our special guest for the night will be Michael Green from Stacole Wines, one of the country’s top boutique wine purveyors. The Menu for the evening and wine pairings are below. Bookings and directions to the venue for this wonderful evening and any of our dinners can be made and found at http://winedinnerssrq.eventbrite.com/. |
